Intro to Adult Aerial/ Open Gym

Service Description

Join us for an hour community style session including an Intro to aerial foundations and/or open gym time for current students. This session will begin with a group warm up and conditioning options for all levels. New students will work with coaches on foundational skills while current students have the opportunity to practice skills freely with coach supervision/ assistance.
