In this 3- class series Jenn will cover- Unlocking the Shoulder, Anatomy of Balance, and Pelvis, Core, and Stability. Read below for complete descriptions: Unlocking the Shoulders: Movement for Strength and Ease Discover the freedom of movement in your shoulders by exploring their connection to the hands and the rest of the body. This workshop focuses on creating a sense of ease and fluidity in shoulder motion while building strength and stability for yoga practice and daily life. Through gentle movement, awareness exercises, and functional strength-building, participants will learn to unlock the potential of their shoulders for greater range of motion, balance, and coordination. The Anatomy of Balance: Balance is a dynamic process that involves continuous weight shifting and coordination throughout the body. In this workshop, you will explore the mechanics of balance and discover how intentional weight shifts can create smoother transitions between movements. Using practical exercises and mindfulness, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of how balance is cultivated, both on and off the mat. Learn to approach balance with curiosity and confidence, enhancing stability and fluidity in your practice and daily activities. Pelvis, Core, and Stability The pelvis and core form the foundation for movement and stability, working in harmony with the spine to support balance and strength. In this workshop, you’ll explore how the pelvis, core, and spine interact to create both stability and freedom in movement. Through targeted exercises and mindful exploration, you’ll learn to improve spinal flexibility, enhance core support, and cultivate awareness of how these key areas influence your practice and daily activities.
