Service Description

Sept/ Oct 7 week series Sept 10 & 17 Oct. 1- 29 Students age 5- 7 will have fun learning Aerial fundamentals while building strength, body awareness, coordination, and proprioception. Classes will include breath work and mindfulness practices, aerial conditioning, and aerial skill-building.
