About the event

About Event: Yoga and Crystal ImmersionTogether we will gather for a 50 minute gentle Vinyasa Flow appropriate for all levels. Chaturanga free! This class will focus on our chakra centers and their coordinating colors to awaken more awareness in the body throughout the postures. Nyasa means “to place within” and so this practice will guide us to place our intentions within each chakra for desired outcomes. A short Koshi chime sound healing will accompany Savasana. After yoga, we will rest with our journals to discuss a variety of crystals that correspond with each chakra. Crystals have a perfectly balanced vibration to receive and transmit energy. As we deepen our relationships with them, we are more likely to bring our needs into alignment. Please bring a yoga mat, blocks if desired, cozy socks for Savasana and a journal/pen to record inspiring knowledge for working with crystals. If you have a favorite crystal that you work with, please bring it along!
