NowBody is a movement experience designed to awaken presence and free the body’s natural expression. Through dynamic, guided explorations, we connect with the body’s innate wisdom as we explore layers within our movement, sensation, and possibility. Each class is an invitation to release old patterns, discover your unique flow, and feel at home in your body—right now, exactly as it is. NowBody is for all bodies and all levels of experience. If you’re seeking connection, curiosity, and freedom in movement, you belong here. Whether you’re a seasoned mover or stepping into this space for the first time, you’ll be welcomed, supported, and celebrated just as you are. The soundscape will be alive with groove—music to move you deep into your body and rhythms designed to challenge your patterns and awaken something new. Expect a blend of fresh tracks and familiar beats, creating space for both freedom and surprise in your movement.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts & The Yoga Cooperative Advance Registration Required All classes, camps, workshops, and events must be reserved in advance through the booking system. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment- Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Unpaid reservations are not guaranteed and may be released to waitlisted participants. The Yoga Cooperative: Payments for classes, workshops, and events are made directly to the instructor leading the session. Please confirm accepted payment methods with your instructor prior to attending. Cancellations & Refunds Classes: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start of class may be rescheduled or credited. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Camps/Workshops: Cancellations made 7 or more days before the start date are eligible for a credit toward future programming. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Transfers Bookings may be transferred to another eligible participant if arranged in advance. Studio Cancellations In the rare event that Earth & Elevate or The Yoga Cooperative must cancel a class, camp, or event (due to low enrollment, instructor illness, weather, or other emergencies), participants will be notified promptly and offered the option of a refund or credit. Memberships & Ongoing Enrollment (Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts only) Memberships and recurring enrollments are billed month-to-month with no long-term contract. A 30-day notice is required for cancellation of recurring billing.
