A Heated Vinyasa Style Class

This 60-minute hot yoga vinyasa will be heated to 85-95 degrees. This class will start slowly by warming up the body and introducing postures to build a solid foundation before moving into a continuous flow style of postures. We will work on creating fluid and smooth movement within the body connected to the breath. This class will help core stability, cardiovascular health, and strength building, while also working to clear the mind and reduce stress. You should definitely expect to sweat in this class, so it is encouraged to bring a towel, mat, and water
