Service Description
This sound bath is a journey of intention, transformation, and renewal. We begin by inviting you to write down a vision, goal, or challenge you’d like to see transformed into new possibilities. Using the drone of the shruti box, you’ll be guided to sound your intention into the room with your own voice (optional), allowing the group energy to hold and support your focus. From there, you’ll be carried on a sonic journey through the resonance of the crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and gong. We begin with open fifths to create a sense of safety and containment, then gradually explore richer and more dissonant intervals to give sound to life’s challenges and the unmanifested dreams you’re ready to address. As the soundscape shifts toward resolution, the gentle tones of koshi chimes and shell chimes help to bring our bodies and minds back to a restful hopefulness. We close as we began—returning to the shruti box and your own voice (0ptional)—listening deeply for the subtle shifts, insights, and openings the sounds have made possible. This is an immersive experience designed to leave you feeling rested, while also feeling inspired, and ready to move forward with new solutions and a clarified vision of the life you desire. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts & The Yoga Cooperative Advance Registration Required All classes, camps, workshops, and events must be reserved in advance through the booking system. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment- Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Unpaid reservations are not guaranteed and may be released to waitlisted participants. The Yoga Cooperative: Payments for classes, workshops, and events are made directly to the instructor leading the session. Please confirm accepted payment methods with your instructor prior to attending. Cancellations & Refunds Classes: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start of class may be rescheduled or credited. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Camps/Workshops: Cancellations made 7 or more days before the start date are eligible for a credit toward future programming. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Transfers Bookings may be transferred to another eligible participant if arranged in advance. Studio Cancellations In the rare event that Earth & Elevate or The Yoga Cooperative must cancel a class, camp, or event (due to low enrollment, instructor illness, weather, or other emergencies), participants will be notified promptly and offered the option of a refund or credit. Memberships & Ongoing Enrollment (Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts only) Memberships and recurring enrollments are billed month-to-month with no long-term contract. A 30-day notice is required for cancellation of recurring billing.
