At Earth & Elevate Movement Studio, our goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space for our community to come together and experience the many benefits of movement and wellness in many forms. We are a family-owned small business collective that values the individual and collective growth of our members and visitors. Our instructors and wellness providers are independent small businesses. As a collective, each instructor chooses their rates, and clients pay their instructors directly. We feel this model benefits the community as a whole. Our clients get exactly what they pay for, and direct support allows our small businesses the flexibility to honor authentic offerings that support a positive work/ life balance. Pricing for each class can be found in the class description and during online enrollment! Online registration is recommended for all classes and required for Aerial Classes, as space is limited.
Our studio offers a variety of classes such as Aerial Yoga, Vinyasa, and Hot Yoga, as well as sound healing, biofield tuning, meditation, and dance. Our offerings are authentic, thoughtful, inclusive, knowledgeable, and fun. Rather than focusing on one lineage, we combine several fitness and wellness modalities and teach to unique needs. We believe training the body with a diversity of movement creates the necessary resilience for well living. We are dedicated to creating an environment that encourages physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Join us today and discover a new level of connection with yourself and the world around you.

In my 20’s and 30’s I worked as a graphic designer, spending most of my time sitting in front of a computer. I then took a leap out of design and followed my love of gardening. Spending so many years sitting didn’t prepare me for the more physically demanding use of myself and it wasn’t long before I started getting injured and having pain.
After going the usual route of chiropractic and physical therapy it wasn’t until I had my first hands-on Feldenkrais® lesson that I found pain relief. Not only did the pain go away, I understood what I was doing that caused me to hurt myself.
I have been a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner® since 2014 and I am eager to share the joy of moving well with Feldenkrais®!

I have faith that people who let their Spirit shine will bring harmony to humanity one day. I pray that I may honor my teachers, show gratitude, speak my truth, have the courage to share from my heart, be humble, embrace my rebel side, and share that which has literally saved my life, and liberated me from the aftermath of mental, emotional, and physical abuse."

Our Clients Say
Jessie is my most favorite teacher. I've been doing
yoga for 30 years but have never been able to find
the right studio or the right teacher at the the right
time. Here I have found a sanctuary. Jessie's
classes not only cater to her clientele's abilities but
also offers modified or more challenging poses for
all. I always get a great workout in her classes and
work up a nice sweat. Jessie varies her sequences
so I'm always stimulated and healthily challenged
by a new flow. No matter where you're at in your
practice there is a class here for you. I highly
