Join us for a DIY mala-making workshop while enjoying our mimosa (or mocktail) and snack bar.

Traditionally used to help the mind focus during meditation and prayer, the mala is a string of 108 genuine gemstones, a guru bead, and a tassel or charm. The beads can be worn around the neck or wrapped around the wrist.

Guests will build their mala from an assortment of genuine gemstone beads, allowing intuition to guide the selection before learning the energetic, healing properties of the stones. While enjoying a variety of refreshments, guests will learn the techniques of stringing the beads to create a unique mala.

Please be advised that seating will be primarily on the floor, with yoga props and mats available for comfort.

Guests can attend this individual event or the full-day retreat beginning with restorative yoga and ending with a guided mantra meditation using the Malas and a relaxing sound bath!
