Service Description
Celebrate your special day soaring through the air! Our Aerial Play Birthday Party includes 1.5 hours of supervised aerial fun in our studio. Kids will enjoy free time on silks, slings, and more, with our friendly coaches on hand to ensure safety and fun. Want to learn a cool trick? Just ask! Our coaches are happy to teach basic skills and help kids explore at their own pace. Perfect for energetic and adventurous kids who love to climb, spin, and fly! Pricing: 🎉 Up to 8 Aerial participants – $225 🎉 9 to 16 Aerial participants – $300 We can accommodate a maximum of 22 total guests not participating in aerial (including adults and siblings). All aerial participants must have a signed waiver and wear form-fitting clothing with no zippers or jewelry. Party Details: Snacks and treats are welcome! We encourage picnic-style seating and snacking in our open floor area. Please help us keep our silks clean by encouraging hand washing after eating. We provide one fold-out table for your use. You're welcome to bring additional tables and chairs at your own expense.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts & The Yoga Cooperative Advance Registration Required All classes, camps, workshops, and events must be reserved in advance through the booking system. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment- Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Unpaid reservations are not guaranteed and may be released to waitlisted participants. The Yoga Cooperative: Payments for classes, workshops, and events are made directly to the instructor leading the session. Please confirm accepted payment methods with your instructor prior to attending. Cancellations & Refunds Classes: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start of class may be rescheduled or credited. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Camps/Workshops: Cancellations made 7 or more days before the start date are eligible for a credit toward future programming. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Transfers Bookings may be transferred to another eligible participant if arranged in advance. Studio Cancellations In the rare event that Earth & Elevate or The Yoga Cooperative must cancel a class, camp, or event (due to low enrollment, instructor illness, weather, or other emergencies), participants will be notified promptly and offered the option of a refund or credit. Memberships & Ongoing Enrollment (Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts only) Memberships and recurring enrollments are billed month-to-month with no long-term contract. A 30-day notice is required for cancellation of recurring billing.
