Service Description

Aerial Yoga resembles a traditional vinyasa style yoga class that utilizes the Aerial Sling to challenge some common postures (standing and supine postures) and support some of the challenging postures (inversions and balance postures). Students can expect to stay grounded for the majority of the class with options to fully suspend.
