Meditation
Service Description
This primary meditation class lasts one hour and consists of a short introduction to some of the processes that will be used, followed by Aum Chanting and guided meditation which total about 27 minutes. The remainder of the session will be used for group discussion about experiences during the meditation and/or yogic and esoteric principals and how they can be applied in daily life. The discussion portion is optional and you may choose to leave after the Meditation session. This class is for all levels, including beginner. More advanced or in- depth (though appropriate for anyone) meditation classes will be occasionally offered at other times. Comfort during this meditation is very important. You can sit in Siddhasana (cross-legged) with pillows or other supports, or sit in a chair (some folding chairs will be available), or bring your own back support device, whatever will be most comfortable for you. Wear whatever is most comfortable for you (natural fiber clothing, preferably organic, is recommended but anything is ok). Because of the silent nature of a meditation class please arrive a few minutes early as the doors will locked with no late admittance (please do not knock).

Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts & The Yoga Cooperative Advance Registration Required All classes, camps, workshops, and events must be reserved in advance through the booking system. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment- Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Unpaid reservations are not guaranteed and may be released to waitlisted participants. The Yoga Cooperative: Payments for classes, workshops, and events are made directly to the instructor leading the session. Please confirm accepted payment methods with your instructor prior to attending. Cancellations & Refunds Classes: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start of class may be rescheduled or credited. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Camps/Workshops: Cancellations made 7 or more days before the start date are eligible for a credit toward future programming. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Transfers Bookings may be transferred to another eligible participant if arranged in advance. Studio Cancellations In the rare event that Earth & Elevate or The Yoga Cooperative must cancel a class, camp, or event (due to low enrollment, instructor illness, weather, or other emergencies), participants will be notified promptly and offered the option of a refund or credit. Memberships & Ongoing Enrollment (Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts only) Memberships and recurring enrollments are billed month-to-month with no long-term contract. A 30-day notice is required for cancellation of recurring billing.
