Service Description
No-School Day Aerial Camp When school’s out, the fun continues in the air! Our No-School Day Aerial Camps are the perfect way to keep kids moving, creating, and playing—especially when the weather turns cold. Campers will explore a variety of aerial apparatus (silks, sling, hoop, trapeze) while enjoying obstacle courses, partner tricks, and creative movement games. Each camp day blends aerial skill-building with off-apparatus activities like choreography, conditioning, and optional art projects, making it the perfect mix of movement, creativity, and play. No experience is required—just a sense of adventure! Ages: 5+ Schedule: 9 am- 1:30 pm Location: Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts, 2860 NE Rivergate Street, McMinnville, OR What to bring: Water bottle, lunch/snack, and clothing without zippers (jewelry removed before class) Give your child a fun, active, and creative outlet on their day off from school—keeping them engaged, active, and flying high!

Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts & The Yoga Cooperative Advance Registration Required All classes, camps, workshops, and events must be reserved in advance through the booking system. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment- Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Unpaid reservations are not guaranteed and may be released to waitlisted participants. The Yoga Cooperative: Payments for classes, workshops, and events are made directly to the instructor leading the session. Please confirm accepted payment methods with your instructor prior to attending. Cancellations & Refunds Classes: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start of class may be rescheduled or credited. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Camps/Workshops: Cancellations made 7 or more days before the start date are eligible for a credit toward future programming. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Transfers Bookings may be transferred to another eligible participant if arranged in advance. Studio Cancellations In the rare event that Earth & Elevate or The Yoga Cooperative must cancel a class, camp, or event (due to low enrollment, instructor illness, weather, or other emergencies), participants will be notified promptly and offered the option of a refund or credit. Memberships & Ongoing Enrollment (Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts only) Memberships and recurring enrollments are billed month-to-month with no long-term contract. A 30-day notice is required for cancellation of recurring billing.
