Service Description
We are shifting our audition process to a 3-week intensive experience, giving athletes the opportunity to train, grow, and fully immerse themselves in the expectations of Performing Company before final auditions. This format allows coaches to evaluate not just skill—but consistency, attitude, work ethic, and team dynamics over time. Program Options ✨ Full Intensive + Audition (Recommended) Includes all 3 weeks of training + final audition Best for athletes serious about joining Performing Company ✨ Audition Only Option For those unable to attend the full intensive, athletes may register for the final audition session only July 9 and August 20. What to Expect (Intensive Participants) Over 3 weeks, athletes will: Build strength, conditioning, and aerial technique Learn and refine choreography Develop performance quality, musicality, and expression Train in a focused, team-based environment Receive coaching feedback and corrections week-to-week Final Audition The final week will include a formal audition session, where athletes will: Perform learned choreography Demonstrate technique and strength Be evaluated on performance quality and team readiness Company Info Meeting (Included) We will host a Parent + Athlete Info Meeting during the series covering: Expectations and time commitment Training schedule and structure Performance + competition opportunities Tuition, costume fees, and investment Q&A with coaching staff
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts & The Yoga Cooperative Advance Registration Required All classes, camps, workshops, and events must be reserved in advance through the booking system. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment- Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Unpaid reservations are not guaranteed and may be released to waitlisted participants. The Yoga Cooperative: Payments for classes, workshops, and events are made directly to the instructor leading the session. Please confirm accepted payment methods with your instructor prior to attending. Cancellations & Refunds Classes: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start of class may be rescheduled or credited. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Camps/Workshops: Cancellations made 7 or more days before the start date are eligible for a credit toward future programming. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Transfers Bookings may be transferred to another eligible participant if arranged in advance. Studio Cancellations In the rare event that Earth & Elevate or The Yoga Cooperative must cancel a class, camp, or event (due to low enrollment, instructor illness, weather, or other emergencies), participants will be notified promptly and offered the option of a refund or credit. Memberships & Ongoing Enrollment (Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts only) Memberships and recurring enrollments are billed month-to-month with no long-term contract. A 30-day notice is required for cancellation of recurring billing.
