Service Description
Join us for a special Summer Solstice sunset yoga event. With the sun at its highest point, the solstice symbolizes clarity and illumination. It’s a powerful moment for reflection, awareness, setting intentions, or realigning with your purpose. We’ll gather at Gleneden Beach, a quiet coastal village a little over an hour’s drive from McMinnville. We’ve reserved the historic Gleneden Beach Community Club to gather for our welcome, grounding, and an energizing flow, concluding with restorative yoga. At golden hour, we’ll stroll 4 minutes down to the beach to savor the majestic Pacific Ocean. Our time on the beach will be spent in a silent meditation to witness sunset as daylight reaches its peak, followed by savasana relaxing to the soundtrack of the waves. The ocean + fading light translates into a deeply calming experience for the nervous system. The solstice is an opportunity to pause, embrace radiance, and experience release as we transition into whatever the summer holds for each of us. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts & The Yoga Cooperative Advance Registration Required All classes, camps, workshops, and events must be reserved in advance through the booking system. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment- Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Unpaid reservations are not guaranteed and may be released to waitlisted participants. The Yoga Cooperative: Payments for classes, workshops, and events are made directly to the instructor leading the session. Please confirm accepted payment methods with your instructor prior to attending. Cancellations & Refunds Classes: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start of class may be rescheduled or credited. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Camps/Workshops: Cancellations made 7 or more days before the start date are eligible for a credit toward future programming. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Transfers Bookings may be transferred to another eligible participant if arranged in advance. Studio Cancellations In the rare event that Earth & Elevate or The Yoga Cooperative must cancel a class, camp, or event (due to low enrollment, instructor illness, weather, or other emergencies), participants will be notified promptly and offered the option of a refund or credit. Memberships & Ongoing Enrollment (Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts only) Memberships and recurring enrollments are billed month-to-month with no long-term contract. A 30-day notice is required for cancellation of recurring billing.
