Journey of Discovery- Meditation, Breathwork, and Sound Bath

About the event
The journey of discovery will begin with a brief discussion about expectations and misconceptions about meditation. Gina will then guide a grounding group meditation to prepare for breathwork and Reiki.Â
While lying on the ground, Gina will prompt participants to connect with their breath and body through various breathing techniques. During this experience, Julie and Gina will use Reiki and smoke cleansing (sage and palo santo) to aid in the connection process. After the breathwork, participants will bathe in the sounds and vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. The intention of this journey is to help participants reconnect to their bodies, equipping them with tools to relieve feelings of anxiety, stress, and overwhelm that can be applied to everyday life.
