Payment Information

Payments may be processed by Wix or another third-party payment processor. Earth & Elevate generally does not receive or store complete credit or debit card numbers. Payment processors may collect payment-card information, billing details, and transaction information according to their own privacy policies.

When you use our website or app, Wix and other service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• Device type, operating system, browser type, and app version
• Internet Protocol address and approximate location derived from it
• Device identifiers and push-notification tokens

We do not use precise location information unless a feature clearly requests it and you grant permission.

1. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS

If you enable push notifications, we may send information about bookings, schedule changes, studio closures, reminders, announcements, performances, and other Earth & Elevate programs.

You may disable push notifications at any time through your device settings. Disabling push notifications does not prevent us from sending essential transactional or safety-related communications by email, telephone, or another contact method you have provided.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link included in those messages. Transactional messages related to an active account, booking, payment, safety issue, or program may still be sent when necessary.

1. GROUPS, CHAT, AND COMMUNITY FEATURES

The app may include groups, chats, comments, or other community features. Information posted in a shared area may be visible to other members of that group.

Please do not post sensitive personal, medical, financial, or emergency information in a group or public discussion. Earth & Elevate may moderate or remove content and may limit access to protect students, families, staff, and the studio community.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a minor’s use of communication and community features.

1. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Earth & Elevate provides programs for children, but app accounts, registrations, payments, and studio communications are intended to be managed by a parent or legal guardian when the participating student is under 13.

Children under 13 should not independently create an account, submit personal information, participate in app chats, or upload content without the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

We may collect information about a child from their parent or guardian when reasonably necessary to register the child, provide services, maintain safety, communicate about programming, or meet legal and business obligations.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13 without appropriate parental involvement or consent. If you believe a child has submitted information without authorization, contact us at info@earth-elevate.com so we can review and, when appropriate, delete it.

A parent or legal guardian may contact us to review, correct, or request deletion of information associated with their minor child, subject to legal, safety, insurance, and recordkeeping requirements.

1. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate our business, website, and app, including:

• Wix.com and its affiliated services
• Payment processors and financial institutions
• Email, messaging, and push-notification providers
• Website hosting, analytics, security, and technical-support providers
• Professional advisers, such as accountants, insurers, or attorneys, when reasonably necessary
• Government agencies or other parties when required by law

Please include the name and email address associated with the account. We may contact you to verify the request.

Deleting an account may cancel access to app groups, bookings, memberships, purchase history, or other member features. We may retain limited records when required by law or reasonably necessary for tax, payment, insurance, safety, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

We and our service providers use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no online service, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for protecting your account password and for notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
