Service Description
Youth Contortion & Hoop Master Class with Lucy Pickering Join guest artist Lucy Pickering for a special youth master class combining flexibility, strength, and aerial artistry. This class will focus on safe and effective contortion training, paired with dynamic hoop technique designed to enhance lines, control, and creativity in the air. Students will work on active flexibility, conditioning, and skill progressions both on the ground and in the hoop, building confidence while exploring new shapes and pathways. Lucy’s teaching emphasizes body awareness, proper alignment, and sustainable training methods—perfect for young aerialists looking to grow their technique and artistry. Recommended Level: Intermediate+ (must meet studio prerequisites for inversions and basic hoop skills) About Lucy- Lucy Pickering is a current student at the national circus school in Montreal, QC (ENC) specializing in aerial hoop. Starting circus at 7 years old, she’s refined the combination of aerial arts and contortion, creating new and unique shapes and skills. She’s performed all over the US and Canada, including Circus Smirkus’ Big Top Tour and the Montreal Complètement Cirque with aerial and contortion numbers.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts & The Yoga Cooperative Advance Registration Required All classes, camps, workshops, and events must be reserved in advance through the booking system. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment- Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Unpaid reservations are not guaranteed and may be released to waitlisted participants. The Yoga Cooperative: Payments for classes, workshops, and events are made directly to the instructor leading the session. Please confirm accepted payment methods with your instructor prior to attending. Cancellations & Refunds Classes: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start of class may be rescheduled or credited. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Camps/Workshops: Cancellations made 7 or more days before the start date are eligible for a credit toward future programming. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Transfers Bookings may be transferred to another eligible participant if arranged in advance. Studio Cancellations In the rare event that Earth & Elevate or The Yoga Cooperative must cancel a class, camp, or event (due to low enrollment, instructor illness, weather, or other emergencies), participants will be notified promptly and offered the option of a refund or credit. Memberships & Ongoing Enrollment (Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts only) Memberships and recurring enrollments are billed month-to-month with no long-term contract. A 30-day notice is required for cancellation of recurring billing.
