Daniel Saab Youth Aerial Intensive- Friday, August 1 | Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts Train with internationally recognized aerial artist and coach Daniel Saab for a full day of specialty aerial workshops designed to challenge, inspire, and expand movement vocabulary in the air. This intensive is geared toward dedicated youth aerialists looking to deepen technique, explore dynamic movement, and train with visiting guest coach, Dan Saab, bringing fresh perspective and advanced skill development. Students may enroll in individual workshops or commit to the full-day intensive for the best value. Schedule 9:00–11:00 am — Rock & Roll-Up (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced) Explore twists, rolls, transitions, and rotational movement skills in sling. Students will build foundations for roll-ups, sequencing, movement quality, and aerial flow. Prerequisites: Beginner: Comfortable entering back straddle safely without a spot Intermediate: Comfort in back straddle, standing in sling, foundational skills, and ability to hold a hollow body in sling for 5 seconds Advanced: Ability to complete one full hands-free c-shape rotation each direction. 11:00–11:15 am — Break 11:15 am–1:15 pm — Hoop Dynamic Movement (Intermediate/Advanced) A high-energy workshop focused on flips, slides, dynamic transitions, and adding power and flair to hoop vocabulary. Prerequisites: Must be able to straddle invert and tuck/pike invert under the hoop safely and independently with ease in foundational hoop skills. 1:15–1:30 pm — Break 1:30–3:30 pm — Drop Shop (Intermediate/Advanced) Explore dynamic sling movement including rolls, slides, flips, entrances/exits, and applying different actions to familiar wraps. Prerequisites: Intermediate: Must invert in the air unassisted and safely execute a diaper/front salto and bomb drop/candy cane drop without a spot Advanced: Straight-leg inversions and ability to control momentum in front saltos without rolling to armpits. Pricing $100 per workshop $285 Full Day Pass (All 3 Workshops) Important Notes: Space is limited. Students should register for workshops that match current skill level and prerequisites. Coach approval may be required for Intermediate/Advanced workshops.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts & The Yoga Cooperative Advance Registration Required All classes, camps, workshops, and events must be reserved in advance through the booking system. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment- Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Unpaid reservations are not guaranteed and may be released to waitlisted participants. The Yoga Cooperative: Payments for classes, workshops, and events are made directly to the instructor leading the session. Please confirm accepted payment methods with your instructor prior to attending. Cancellations & Refunds Classes: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start of class may be rescheduled or credited. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Camps/Workshops: Cancellations made 7 or more days before the start date are eligible for a credit toward future programming. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Transfers Bookings may be transferred to another eligible participant if arranged in advance. Studio Cancellations In the rare event that Earth & Elevate or The Yoga Cooperative must cancel a class, camp, or event (due to low enrollment, instructor illness, weather, or other emergencies), participants will be notified promptly and offered the option of a refund or credit. Memberships & Ongoing Enrollment (Earth & Elevate Aerial Arts only) Memberships and recurring enrollments are billed month-to-month with no long-term contract. A 30-day notice is required for cancellation of recurring billing.
